Book review – Kitchen Disco

Kitchen Disco by Clare Foges and Al Murphy.

This one’s a bit of fun!

The fruit are moving and grooving when the lights go out and it’s time to party! There’s not much more to the story than that, but the characters (the contents of the fruit bowl) and their dance moves are all given a moment of description that you can’t help but laugh about.

It’s also a very colourful book with bold illustrations and big bright colours used. Not only that, but the whole thing rhymes as a musically based story should.

They say all the best parties end up in the kitchen and this book is no exception. Silly and wonderful!
